Wellston Apartments has been established in the development and
management of apartments for over 40 years with the same builder of
many of the properties as the owner even today!
The greatest concentration of our properties is on the trendy east side of
Milwaukee, with excellent proximity to downtown, famous Downer Avenue
shopping, hospitals and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. We also
have a community in Racine and Union Grove.
We pride ourselves in having our own in-house maintenance staff, which
handles 95% of all service calls. Our maintenance technician has been an
employee of Wellston Apartments for over 20 years.
Wellston Apartments is very proud of our ability to keep long-term
residents. Many have been residents for 30 to 40 years and some have even
lead to second-generation residents.
